2019 Startup Spotlight Application
Shared mobility has taken great strides in recent years, with dockless e-scooters, free-floating carsharing, and Mobility-as-a-Service appearing nationwide. But what’s next? Find out in the National Shared Mobility Summit’s 2019 Startup Spotlight, which will highlight some of the most innovative and promising young companies, and offer a chance for startups, experts, and agencies to interact.
If you have the next million dollar idea, one that will change the face of the shared mobility industry and inspire others then we encourage you to apply!
Here’s How it Works:
All online applications will be reviewed and 8 – 10 Startups will be chosen as finalists.
Finalists will participate in the “Pitch” event on Tuesday, March 5. The two hour event gives finalists the opportunity to share their work through a round robin of brief pitches in front a panel of judges and will also connect them with North America’s key Shared Mobility companies, Venture funders, government agencies and experts.
Finalists will be featured in the Startup Zone within the 2019 Shared Mobility Summit Expo, March 6-7.
Three finalists will be chosen to do a final pitch in front of the entire conference (600+ attendees) on Thursday, March 7th.
The winner of the “Ones to Watch” Award will be selected by the votes of conference attendees on the final day. The award will be presented during the closing ceremony on Thursday.
To Be Considered:
Your company must be less than 3 years old, have no more than $50,000 Monthly recurring revenue and not be affiliated with a larger parent company. Your startup must provide a service or build a product or have an idea that can be used within the Shared Mobility industry.
If Selected, finalists in the the 2019 Startup Spotlight will be required to:
- Participate in the Pitch event on March 5.
